Providing Better Smiles to Calgary & nearby areas of Alberta
Porcelain veneers are thin shells of porcelain that are bonded to the front of your teeth. Dentists use porcelain veneers to fix a wide variety of problems.
Porcelain veneers might be a good solution for you if you’re suffering from:
- Stubborn staining or discoloration
- Mismatched tooth shape
- Slight crookedness
- Small chips in your teeth
- Visible cracks in your teeth
- Gaps in your smile
This list is not exhaustive, and Dr. Silver will be able to discuss your options, including porcelain veneers, at your initial dental consultation. For the right patients and with a good dental hygiene routine, porcelain veneers can provide a bright, seamless smile for years to come. That said, some problems are a little too severe to be addressed by porcelain veneers. If your teeth are quite badly misaligned, Invisalign® might be a better solution. Dr. Silver will know for sure. If you need to discuss porcelain veneers or other options with a Calgary dentist, please contact the Southcentre Dental Clinic today.
