How soon you can get an implant depends on the type of implant you require and the biting position of the implant. In some case we can place the implant and restore it with a temporary healing crown immediately so aesthetically you have a tooth to smile with straight away. This is the exception though. In most cases it will take 4 months before you have a fully restored tooth.

This allows your bone to join onto the implant to make is stable.

This process is called osseointegration and is very important. I know this seems like a long time but is worth it.
